In line with the decision taken by the University Administrative Board, starting from the 2025–2026 academic year, changes have been made to the application procedure for yellow vehicle stickers for undergraduate students.
In previous years, the application process was carried out by department chairs based on the designated quota numbers and lists. From this year onwards, the process will be conducted through the Central Lottery System, still considering the same quota numbers.
Within this framework, undergraduate students who wish to participate in the yellow vehicle sticker lottery must submit their online applications via https://tpkura.metu.edu.tr between October 1–8, 2025. The lottery draw will take place openly, in the presence of participants, on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 09:00 in Hall A of the Culture and Convention Center.
